Approval of resolution for formal City Commission approval for competitive bidding and obtain advance City Commission conceptual approval by Resolution of any proposed capital project or capital purchase appropriated in the City Budget approved by the City Commission when bidding would otherwise be required and the Resolution shall also identify all sources of planned funding including appropriations of available cash balances, loans and grants. |

Description of Action |

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached resolution for the Rehabilitation of the Lime Softening Plant and an addition of a Lime Sludge Handling Unit and the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades, including budget adjustment and SRF Loan Amendment, under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same. |
